The meeting point was easy to find, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, had a good pace, was very interactive and made sure we all a good understanding of what was going on.

Amazing tour guide. Very knowledgable. He explained everything in detail and was not pushing us through the tour. We had elderly in our group. Guide was going at their pace so everyone can enjoy the experience.

Our guide put a lot effort into giving us an informative tour and it was appreciated. But over the course of 3 hours it becomes very tedious to have to concentrate very hard to understand what's being said through a heavy Italian accent. Better English required.

The two-star rating is not fair. We had two different tour guides. Rosa was our guide for the Roman Forum and she was excellent and all went well. Five stars for this tour.
We were then turned over to a different tour guide for the Underground Colosseum tour. Another group was merged into ours so our "small group" became over 30 people. The tour guide had poor English and it was difficult to hear and understand her. Plus she did not have any type of sign/umbrella/ marker etc. to see her when we were moving about. The crowds everywhere in Rome over Christmas week were massive. The two-star rating comes from the very poor experience with the Colosseum portion of the tour.

Our guide Manola was excellent! Very animated and engaging. The underground was a can’t miss- you feel like a real VIP! Skip all the lines and learn so much.

Would have loved more time ‘backstage’, felt there wasn’t much time to stop and reflect on where you were or to explore the displays that were there.

Received reminder messages and meeting point info via whatsapp in the days before the tour, easy to find by the metro exit. Rosie was our guide and she was brilliant, really enthusiastic and clearly has spent a lot of time learning about roman life. Thank you!

Great tour starting with Palantine Hill, Forum and ending with Colosseum. Guides did a great job providing insights and information - essentially a crash course in Roman history. But in a way that kept wife and daughters interested and entertained.
Skip the line included in this tour is a must as the crowds and lineups (even in Jan) were crazy. We literally bypassed lines with our tickets.
Colosseum underground and walking into the arena floor was especially amazing! Special shoutout to to guide Borgdan who was the best!
Highly recommend this tour!
