Awesome experience seeing the tuscany country side! Operator had some great commentary about the trip as we passed over his house and waved at his kids! Highly recommend!

We were scheduled to take a hot air balloon flight and I was so excited to surprise my husband, and unfortunately needed to cancel at the last minute. The Balloon team was so kind and understanding and luckily I was able to get a full refund. Thank you again, we look forward to booking again and actually taking a tour another time!

What a beautiful experience! It was a first time for each of us and at the end, we swore it wouldn't be a last! The team was extremely professional, thorough and made us all feel safe and comfortable. The communication was excellent, our balloon pilot explained every step, procedure and even what and why of what he was doing with the balloon and controlling the direction. Sunrise over the Tuscan hillside was an experience that shouldn't be missed and doing it from the air in a peaceful balloon was a trip of a life time. We had a smooth landing and watched the ground crew work with such precision to pack up the balloon, load up the basket all while eating a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses with prosecco. The entire experience was amazing!

The guides were warm, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The most memorable time in the balloon was floating above the fluffy clouds.

Do it!!! Hands down one of the coolest experiences I’ve done. I rank this up there with skydiving in the Swiss Alps. 100% worth the money!

Booked this and was absolutely the most memorable part of the whole trip. Went with my husband, mother and sister. We felt so safe during the whole process. If you can do it, I highly recommend you do!

People were very nice and the ease of being picked up was great.
However, I was really really looking forward to this— had visions of soaring over Tuscan hillsides, maybe some vineyards…. Ending up hovering about 5-7 stories up over industrial buildings and parking lot for more than half the tour.
I wanted to cry.
They said due to high winds we would stay low, which I get, but why hover over a parking lot? Why not a field?
Also, I saw other hot air balloons soaring high over fields near us, so I just felt really sad and disappointed.
Especially for how expensive it was

This is one an incredible experience that we will never forget. The crew from the ground and the air was amazing. The ride was smooth and quiet. The views spectacular. Just can’t say enough about it. The food and Prosecco was an added bonus on the bottom after landing.
