We had a chance to have lunch at Earls Secret, Kings Cliff Ooty. The food was excellent, with the ambience being the icing on the cake. We had amazing people who served us food with love and smiles, special mention to Mr Chandrakanth and Mr Kedar for making our dine in a memorable experience.
We will definitely visit again when we are in Ooty.
Cheers!!

Service was not up to standard for the setting. Staff had to be asked to bring things, plate was taken away before ready, not asked.

if you are in Dubai then afternoon tea at the Burj Khalifa is one of those lifetime experiences that create amazing memories. Celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary in the clouds so to speak with amazing food, drink, live music and the incredible service is a real joy.

I had such high hopes for this tea. I was surprised to enter the lobby as it was completely underwhelming. The tea itself was very rushed. They skipped one of the 7 courses and when I Pointed it out they tried to serve me 3 courses at the same time. I felt like they were watching the clock and trying to turn over the table. Not relaxing at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend this event.

I certainly would recommend going at 13:00 during Ramadan it was empty and lovely. The service from the staff is excellent. I my opinion the view from the Sky bar is a better one then the Kalifa and if I had to choose I would rather do the Sky bar. The food was delicious and way to much, I could not eat all of it. They have a great selection of teas and coffees. If you are own your own I would definitely pay the extra 100 for a seat at the window. I went for a massage afterward and had the best day.

This was a well organised trip and our tour guide was very informative. We were not aware prior to the trip that there would be Spanish interpretation for everything. We would have preferred just an English option

This tour fantastic, people very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoy the Mall and the view from Burj Khalifa.
Also the Burj Al Arab what we was waiting all day to see what will be look like. As we arrive to be seated in the lobby lounge the lady was make us so much to wait and she was not a very friendly and bubbly hostess. She make us to seat where no view whatsoever. So we have to ask someone to place for us for a better view. Service was slow for that 1 12hour, also the view just to see through the window and browse through that floor. But the afternoon tea, the 7 course was just outstanding.

The modern Dubai tour was good, taking in the Mall and all the fishes and the Burj Khalifa. The afternoon tea at the Burj Al Arab was spoilt by only having 1 1/2 hours there. It takes at least two hours to enjoy the afternoon tea. We had to leave all the last course of cakes to go for our lift back to the hotel .... the Burj did not rush it was all very relaxed.......... but we had to rush and it spoilt it its a 2 hour duration to enjoy properly.
