Awesome experience. You have to check it off your bucket. List lunch afterwards was amazing as well. This was part of our private Chichen itza tour.

I was told via email AND phone call the day before the excursion pickup from our hotel is 7:05 am. 7:05 came and went, nobody showed up. We decided to call them, the operator said our time is 7:15 am on our email (not true). We decided to wait a little longer since there may be traffic. Come 7:30 am, still nothing. Decided to call them again, they told me the van was outside waiting (I have been waiting outside the lobby since 6:40 am) but there was no tour guide or van in site. By 8:15 am after many exchanges with them, the operator told me “sorry, we lost our driver today” and asked if they could reschedule. After all that hassle, it’s not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It could have been a perfect tour! The tour guide was amazing but the problem was we've waited for couple of hours in Aki Supermarket (Tulum) for the bus to come!

This tour was a lot of fun but a very long 12 hour day. Our tour guide was excellent. We did the hotel pick up and we were picked up at 7:30 and dropped off at a gas station to wait for everyone else. The tour bus didn't get there until about 9:30.
