Giorgio our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable and informative about all things related to Capri. He also seemed to have the ability to influence where and in what order we were able to enjoy the various experiences in Capri - e.g., The Blue Grotto, the Chairlift, taxi convertible rides, restaurant reservations, etc.
If I were rating this tour based solely on our guide, Giorgio, it would be a 5-star review.
However, buyer beware that the way Viator advertises and explains this tour is very misleading. This is NOT a private tour to Capri and Blue Grotto. You are going to pay separately for a ferry to take you to and from the island along with hundreds of other Capri tourists. There is nothing "private" about this experience other than you have a dedicated tour guide once you get to Capri to escort you around the island which itself was very nice but not what I was expecting when I booked this tour.
To be fair, the fine print from Viator does make it clear that the cost of transportation to and from the island is NOT included in the rather steep price but I was left a bit perturbed that for such an expensive experience that Viator would exclude some key fundamental elements and fees that render the experience useless without them.
Again, other than the tour guide, I would probably rate this 1 or 2 stars for false or at the very least, misleading advertising.

Perfectly organized tour starts from the port of Naples.
Our guide Giorgo had extremely good knowledge of Capri, showed us hiddem gems on the island. He lives in Capri so he knew everybody at all highlights - thats why we skipped the lines everywhere.
Giorgo is VERY GREAT, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! THANKS GIORGO ONCE AGAIN for this great day on Capri XXX

Amazing trip!
I booked this shore excursion for a group of 45 passengers. Everything was on time and arranged perfectly. They sent us two guides and they were waiting for us outside the cruise terminal.
Thank you to our guides Michelle and Alberto for having us and arranging too many activities within a short time. They both are amazing. Alberto sang a very beautiful song while we were passing through the Arch of love.
I will definitely book them again for my next groups.

It was a wonderful trip to Capri with our guide Alberto. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got us into the blue grotto. He also arranged for us to take the chairlift to the very top where the views were incredible.
