An authorised city guide will accompany you on a tour of Piazza dei Miracoli. The guided tour will include the exterior visit of the Leaning Tower, Baptistery and Monumental Cemetery while the tour of the Cathedral will also include the interiors. After you’ll have the opportunity to climb the Leaning Tower.

Paid for the skip the line tour to Pisa. We took a bus provided by Florence Adventures from Florence to Pisa. Upon arrival to PISA, we were told skip the line tickets were not included. My ticket showed (with skip-the-line access). We had to buy additional tickets to enter. The company would not accept the ticket I printed from their website. Although, they acknowledged it was their ticket.

Our day trip to Pisa from Florence was fantastic! The coach tour made
it hassle-free, and our expert tour leader added depth to the
experience. We started with a guided tour of the Cathedral, followed
by an optional visit to the Leaning Tower, which was definitely worth
it. For those who skipped the tower, there was ample time to explore
the exterior of the iconic landmarks. The day ended with a comfortable
coach ride back to Florence. It was a memorable and highly recommended
experience!

The tour was okay and it was nice to have a little time to explore and shop. The biggest complaint was the guide inside the cathedral and tower did not use a flag so it was hard to follow her. But she was good and interjected humor. The climb of the tower was easier than the Duomo in Florence or St. Peter's Basillica in Rome but the same stairs are used to go up and down so it can get crowded and the stair are marble so they can be slippery.

Terrible instructions on where to meet. I called 2 days before, day before...they finally returned call 30 minutes before the meeting time. With (again) bad instructions.

Lousy instructions where to meet. Concierage-at 5 star hotel-and Uber driver agreed. No answer to phone until 10 minutes to departure time. Worst Viator experience ever

Tour was supposed to come with entrance tickets to the Leaning Tower (main attraction) but we had to purchase at site. Also tour operator attempted to charge us $60 at meeting point because of issue with our booking not to our fault but to Viator. All of this was on top of the Viator booking charge before date of tour. Will not book with Viator again.
