Top class customer service! We purchased 1-hour photoshoot at Oia location with Blue Domes, the photos were great and the photographer was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for this amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!!!

Save your money this was the worst experience we had booked our session a month before we were very excited and when we did the session we couldn't wait for the pictures they told us it would take within a week to 10 days it took over a month they would barely respond when I would ask for where the photo's are they kept saying yes give me a moment never happened finally we receive them they were very distasteful they were extremely revealing the full behind I couldn't even show them to my friends and family they didn't send all the pics we had tooken pics and different settings and we never received them don't waste your money this was extremely disappointing I truly beg them for the rest of the pics and for them to correct the ones that was terribly revealing and there was no response once you give them your money they really won't respond don't waste your time worst experience ever

As a solo traveler, it was great to have my pictures taking in the most icon parts of Oia. My photographer was on time and was great to help with poses ideas.

Please consider another company if you are looking to have “professional” photos done. I understand that kids are hard to photograph sometimes but our photographer didn’t even try. When I saw the unedited photos, I was already unhappy. But hoping some can be savage after editing. However that was not the case. Almost all the photos have random strangers or objects like people’s arm and phone in it.
They were also running late for my session making the heat and sunlight a huge problem. They sun was shining to the point where we couldn’t open our eyes unless we were wearing sunglasses.

I spent €165 for a private photo shoot with my husband.
The photographer showed up half an hour late after trying to reschedule. We couldn't reschedule as this was the only window we had.
When he eventually showed up we actually had a very nice experience moving from scenic view to scenic view. The photographer was personable and pleasant and chose some very nice sights. He told us we'd receive our photographs in seven working days. That was in September 24th and to date we still have received no photographs despite numerous requests and numerous replies and assurances that we'd receive our photographs "tomorrow".
There is absolutely no reason that digital pictures would take this long. We have basically been robbed of €165. Do not use this "service". This review will remain in place unless and until we receive our photographs or are reimbursed the money that was stolen from us.
We were looking forward to receiving these photographs and this failure by this company has ruined what was otherwise a wonderful holiday.

Everything was as expected. Santos did a really good job. He catered to our wishes and had some excellent suggestions as well.

Kwstas is a wonderful photographer! He familiar with every scenic spots in the island. We are not good in doing poses,but he taught us how to do so and brought us to some unique spots in the island! The one hour was well spent!
