Words cannot describe this experience! From the prompt pick up by our driver Saber who escorted us in a private luxury 4wd vehicle to our pilot and server Abdel and Rachid- and our exceptional videographer Zakaria, everything was amazing! The food was so fresh and abundant, amazing coffee and fresh juice and pastries. Thank you for an experience of a lifetime!

OMG, ticked that one off my bucket list! What an amazing experience. You’ve got to do it. And do it in style. These guys are super professional, picked us up from the hotel in an impeccable Land Rover Defender, very good driver, great reception in the desert, the flight was breathtaking, delicious breakfast on board, we loved every second of it. Will return with our children! The video & photos of the experience are gorgeous! Thanks Saber and team.

We had an amazing morning flight on September 12th, we had no expectations after the current earthquake and thought we would not travel to the area but, we were told to please come and enjoy. Wonderful operation and fabulous ballon guide who wanted to welcome the business after the current events. I highly recommend them and will be back for more! Thank you to our ballon pilot and to Saber for taking such good care of us.

What a fantastic way to see Marrakesh. We could not have asked for a more professional company to use and this was only superseded by our flight staff including our pilot Jack , flight steward Ana Abdelah, our photographer and not to be out done our driver Saber. Thanks for making this so memorable.

Took a 3000 euro flight with breakfast for my children, wife and me.
We spent 38 minute on the air. Out of these 38 minutes, 35 minutes were at an altitude of 25-30 meters. The other 3 we "climbed" to 50 meters.
I complaint to the owner of the company, Daniel, and he never even bothered to answer my two emails to him and his customer department.
My oppinion: it was a SCAM and a CHEAT to charge 3000 euros for a breakfast that was at the same altitude than the roof of the land cruisers that were following our flight. As my son told me, "we could have had breakfast on a table sitting on the roof of the cars. It would have been the same experience".
This is the problem of having to pay 100% of the amount in advance coupled with the owner being interested only in your money, not your experience or feedback.

Absolutely Amazing!!
It was our 4th Hot Air Balloon flight and so far one of the best ones!!
The company comes to pick you up at your hotel and the chauffeur was very punctual .
The most incredible is that for the first time we were seated and not strapped down and standing. Then a steward serves you a very good breakfast , including coffee and tea while you are in the air watching the sun rise!!! what could be better.
At the end of the ride we were given a certificate of flight with our name written in Arabic.
Very cool! and a lovely souvenir.
Before going on the ride we were approached by the photographer Zakaria to see if we were interested in a video of our experience . For an extra fee.
Well that was the best thing I ever did.
The video is absolutely , unbelievably amazing and beautiful!!!
It is edited very well and music si added.
The most fantastic souvenir ever.!
My husband and I watched it over and over!
We showed it to our friends, and they could not believe how wonderful it is,

I highly recommend the Private Royal Hot Air Ballon flight with seated Air Breakfast.
It is an experience you will never forget!!

Horrible experience with the pilot as well as the balloon ride.
This was the second time I booked the royal breakfast ride, and the experience was absolutely dreadful.
To start off, the pilot (Anne) was incredibly unpleasant and rude, barely answering our questions and not explaining anything at all.
The balloon ride itself lasted for a total of 40 minutes, which is exceptionally short if you’re paying +€500 per person, and we didn’t go higher than 30 meters the whole trip, while we could see other balloons well above 500m (the usual height to enjoy a balloon ride).
Do not recommend this company at all - there are a lot of other companies for 150pp which offer superior service
