We didn’t see no gators but we did see a huge iguana hanging out on this little island. Maybe with both boats just going around in the same directions scared the gators off or maybe it was just too hot.

It took a seemingly interminable time to 'get going' - late departure, routing deviation to pickup others in downtown Miami on the way. Once at Sawgrass the experience was interesting but not jaw-dropping. The alligator show at the end was a disappointment, the two 'gators were submerged under water the whole time and hard to make out.
Also, the driver's microphone didn't work on the bus, at least on the lower level.

The air boat ride was fun, but wish it would have lasted for longer. Unfortunately, the water level was pretty high when we visited, so we only got to see one alligator and the lovely osprey in the trees. The exhibits, presentation and chance to hold onto a little alligator made up for it though.
I'd recommend taking this well into the dry season so you have a better chance to see wildlife.

The boat ride was a real disapointment. We were scheduled for an hour and a half ride and we were on the water one half hour. Most of that timed we were setting dead in the water listening to the captian telling us stories. Saw one gator, then turmed around andcwent back to dock. I am 74 years old and was really looking forward to this becsuse it is something i have always wanted to do. Real disappointed. Not worth the money.

1) the trip didn’t take place because the park was closed; however, the website let us register anyway
2) we spent $100 in Uber fee’s getting to the departure point only to find out trip was canceled
3) we were given the option of another trip, it then started raining and the only seating was on the top of the bus, in the rain. This type of service is totally unacceptable.

As another reviewer stated this is NOT a tour to the Everglades National Park!
The area we were taken to was not bad but it’s not as advertised.
From the beginning the check in process was complete chaos. They were selling tours and checking people in for tours in the same line. They had a small area of a building with 3 employees (which one stopped to vape before proceeding with the next person in line) to check in and sell tours.
After being loaded into jammed packed bus we were then told some people were doing a different tour and we would be dropping them off first. There is no mention of this in the description. For people with only a day in Miami, the time could be better spent.
Also, their tour operator was not wearing a mask and did not enforce their mask policy. The Covid protocols stated in the description for this tour ensures masks would be worn, hand sanitizer would be available, and social distancing would be maintained. None of which was true. We were crammed next to each other most without masks. My husband was sneezed on by an older child more than once. The A/C was turned off after we started to drive and being on a double decker bus we couldn’t even ask the driver to turn it on.
There was mention of paying $5 extra to sit where you could actually see out of the window as they drove through the area. I’m not sure if anyone took them up on the offer considering the windows were dirty and had hand and fingerprint smudges.
My advice is choose another tour company and make sure they actually give you what they describe and advertise.

Tour was very well organized and have a good history of the Everglades and ecosystem. Captain Dan was excellent and very patient with the kids

I booked this trip thinking we were going to go to Everglades national park based on the title. Instead we went to sawgrass recreation park. It was a wonderful trip we got to see alligators on the fan boat and the alligator show was very cool. We even got to pet one! The trip itself was a 5/5 but I have to make it a 3 star review because it was not to the National Park and I booked the trip because I wanted to go there.
