I booked this tour during my solo trip to Fort Lauderdale and had issues coordinating pickup location and time with the tour coordinator. The listing asked me to please call to confirm time and location of pickup. The week before I called and they offered to maybe pick me up at my hotel, but they asked me to call the day before to confirm time and pickup location. So the day before the tour comes and I call around 4pm to follow up- they could still not confirm location and time and told me they would have to call me back at 8 or 9pm that night. I did not want to go on the tour anymore after the odd phone calls. At this point the business just seemed shady to me so I had to cancel through Viator, and Viator tried to deny me any refund. Just bad business and not very helpful to expect to confirm late in the evening the night before while on vacation. I did end up getting a refund eventually FYI.

I decided the same day to attend the Everglades experience. I was picked up promptly at my hotel and driven with others to the Everglades Holiday Park.. I had never been in the Everglades before so just that experience was interesting for me. We took an hour boat ride and saw two alligators and some birds. The ride really wasn't that fast. But all in all I enjoyed the visit. Afterwards we attended an alligator show and had an opportunity to hold a snake or alligator for a fee. We then were driven back. I thought the experience was worth it. Glad I went.

This was a waste of time and money. Airboats FULL of people charging around in the waterways. No wildlife in sight and who could blame the creatures when this kind of chaos was taking place within a relatively small area. I WILL give credit to the volunteer involved in the alligator show. Although a bit sappy, he gave some good information about the reptile.

Excellent service provided by alligator tours , picked up from hotel , driven to Everglades park , smoothly helped us to each location ..then delivered back to hotel . We had a lovely day with no worries about transport tickets etc.
The boat ride was great , the alligator show was very good ,we appreciated the thoughtful and helpful service

Al provides a great experience! Provides an informative trip out to the Everglades. Also does a phenomenal job directing you where to be for the show and expedites getting you on to your airboat.

We booked this tour through Royal Caribbean to take us to Everglades Holiday Park and the FLL airport afterward. The tour was through Florida Tours. Our driver was Jasmine and our tour guide on the bus was Chuck. The bus ride took about 30 minutes to get to the park from the port, but Chuck provided us with information about Ft. Lauderdale on our trip out to the park to keep us entertained. When we got there, we went on an airboat ride for about 20 minutes and then we went to the alligator show with Paul from the Gator Boys. Paul did a great job informing us about alligators in Florida. The alligators were trained and when he said "red light" one of the alligators that was walking just froze still. It was very impressive that he was able to walk around with the alligators and they didn't try to attack him at all. The park itself did not have much else, except a couple of alligators and turtles in caged displays, a gift shop, and a snack bar (which we didn't go in so not sure how much is in the snack bar). Overall it was a fun way to waste time until our fight back home. It was very convenient to have the bus take us to the park and then bring us to the FLL airport with all of our luggage.
