Communicated and confirmed our booking then did not answer me at all the day of our tour and completely ruined our day.... I msged hrs before to confirm pick up and they jist did not answer or pick up our phone call. Wasted our whole day. Do not book with them! Terrible experience

Although the Safari was ok but the food quality was extremely poor and unhygienic , as cats were roaming around. I have booked for VIP , but the only and only difference with the normal safari is, in VIP you are allowed to sit in sofa and for others it is on the floor. Our driver was very rude in nature. Although I was committed to pick from my hotel along with my family only but in between he has also picked one more family in the same car and the journey was not comfortable due to congestion in the car , for which I have paid 160 AED per head. I must again say, what ever they are advertising for VIP, nothing special, only a wastage of money.

The drive through the desert was good fun and the children loved it. Great fun and a must do experience when visiting Dubai.

What a wonderful day. Our driver/guide was really fabulous (worry cant remember his name) and the Al Khayma camp dinner and entertainment was terrific. Fun way to end our Dubai stopover. Recommend the VIP ticket option - we had our own personal assistant/guide/waiter (Abudalla Feroz) for our meal... His hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. A comment that the we were provided with too much food for us to consume so hope that the surplus was well utilised. Our thanks to everyone for such an adventure.

Our tour guide was Shoaib. We have communicated via WhatsApp before the tour. All services were provided as promissed - BBQ dinner, Sand riding, Photo stops. The guide is open-minded, kind, talkative and good photographer.
