Efficient and to the point - perfectly organised and a very knowledgeable guide with excellent English pronunciation and I could understand some of the Spanish comment too

The review is for the tour company, Fun and Tickets. We missed it, unfortanately. The instruction in the app was checking 8:30 am and departs at 9am, we got to the meeting point a little before 9, we got stuck in traffic, another unfortunate event, and surprise, no bus. There was a representative from the tour company, fun and tickets and we were told the bus left, half an hour ago, but they were ready to charge us 30 euros/person if we want to reschedule to the next day. We showed them that in the app it says departs at 9 and we did make it to the meeting point before 9 but nope, bus left at 8:30 they said, they should have made it clear in the app that 8:30 was the departure. But anyway, we ended up just walking around Madrid. So yeah, just beware of this company.

We liked both the Monastery and the Valley a lot, it's a shame that the weather was not on our side at all.
Highlight the great knowledge in history of the Monastery guide, Laura.
To put it another way, there were two groups, one of Spanish and the other of English, but since it was a small group it didn't pose a big problem.

Excellent. Cristina, the best. Everything on time and with clear explanations. Visit to the Escorial Monastery and the Valley of the Fallen, in Spanish and English. The guide to the Escorial Monastery was in Spanish. Roberto, our driver, took us to both places with care and caution.

A very interesting excursion, but not suitable for people with walking difficulties (stairs!). The time is appropriate. The tour guide Christina explains in very understandable English and answers questions.

Excellent interesting tour of El Escorial and Valley of the Fallen. Our tour guide Christina was outstanding. Although she has, no doubt, led this tour many times, she never sounded as though she was repeating material. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what we were seeing. If only there were more guides like her

A well organized trip. Informative tour guide sharing some interesting stories on the history of the Monastery. I wish they had devoted more time in the monastery rather than a visit to the Valley of Fallen (too much controversy with that location, not a good chapter of Spanish History)

The library in the Escorial and the church in the mountain. Christina was our guide. She was very nice and introduced every site to us.

This is a very unique historical spot, which was why we chose to go, and it answered our curiosity and continuing amazement at history here in Spain. And the Valley of the Fallen memorial was a huge surprise we had heard nothing about.
