OVERALL, great transportation to/from the airport to RIU. The only issue was communication about transportation back to the airport. No one told us to see the Epic rep stationed at the resort. I was getting anxious abt pickup time and location bc number on booking page wasn't working and the detailed instructions only said to call for pickup. Thankfully, I happened to see rep walking in resort. She had our info and I was able to confirm pick up to airport. Id definitely use them again now that I know the process.

Arrived in Cabo, Found our driver at the designated spot. They had us listed to go to the wrong hotel which they corrected immediately. We also were un able to use our U.S. Phones in Mexico so the representative allowed us to use his personal phone to verify our return date and time. We received a text the night before we left reminding us of our pick up time. Van arrived exactly on time and we were on our way to the airport. Overall, Epic went above and Beyond to deliver us to and from our hotel!

Driver's waited for other passengers who went to the bar and drink before boarding, which delayed departure. Also the van was not ready at the meeting point, arrived 15 minutes later. The phone number given to contact upon arrival was never answered, texts never replied.

Too long waiting time. We were soooo tired after waiting 1 hour at the airport for pick up. We even called in advance to tell you that we were walking to pick up location 10. It was a long wait.

Sergio was the most professional and friendliest driver ever! He was excellent from the time he picked us up until he dropped us off at the airport. We enjoyed that he pointed out so many landmarks as we traveled.

Make sure you walk all the way outside Cabo airport to the canopies (do not stop at the tourism desks). Found the Epic pick up coordinator really easy. Fast and friendly service. Would book again!

Our flight was delayed so we weren’t sure what to expect. We had to wait 20 minutes before a couple of Epic guys showed up in the designated umbrella area. We booked a shared ride but luckily ended up having the van to ourselves. Sergio was a not only a good driver but he was also very informative, funny and helpful. He offered drinks and tips on where to go!
