We booked this trip mostly for the Turkish bath. Fusus was an amazing guide. She made the Ephesus tour fun and very educational. Enjoyed it more the I had expected. Turkish bath was outstanding. Very good tour

Fusun was amazing!!! Her knowledge and understanding of the area was wonderful ! Spending the day with her was like being with an old friend sooo comfortable. Before the tour I was reading the tour description and reviews. I was a bit confused ( Viator’s description was different from that of the provider) both sources maintained excellent communications . Much more so from Salman from Samyeli Tours. Understand, none of the entrance fees are paid. However, you will have a private driver and guide all day. We were 10am-5pm Also a wonderful Turkish lunch at the carpet shop. We saw so much!! When I think of the other tours from the cruise where I’m on a bus with 30-40 other people and wear head sets and am told meet the guide at a certain stop, this was sooo much better and way more reasonable in price. .

Excellent guide, very knowledgeable and took care of us. However, the large uneven stone pathways are really not suitable for scooters or wheelchairs nevertheless we did it with scooters although harrowing at times and of course there were large crowds. Quite an adventure. Lunch was fabulous as was the informative textile school. The explanation of silk worms was better than the one we had in China. Skipped the Al La carte Turkish bath and shopped on way back to ship.

Fusun was waiting for us right where we planned. She was very knowledgeable, spoke very well English and was fun! We had a wonderful day. The owner even came by and introduced himself at our lunch stop. I highly recommend this company.

We booked this excursion for our cruise stop specifically to experience a Turkish bath and man, it did not disappoint! They even opened early to accommodate our port time. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Ephesus and did a full guided tour for us. The ruins were extremely impressive and without a guide, we would not have understood the magnitude of what we were experiencing.

If your interest is shopping from outlet stores, of leather jackets and or carpet this is fir you.
You would think this is cheap tour, price wise?. Please think again. The Ephesus tour entrance is NOT included. We were told 700 Turkish money per person, and another 700 Turkish to visit Virgin Mary’s house.
This one is overly exploited.

Salman was our guide my husband and I were very happy we had him to ourselves very knowledgeable about Ephesus and took his time then off to amazing Turkish rugs welcoming so friendly and wine! Wonderful lunch then refreshing Turkish bath add the massage it's so relaxing thank you Salman

Do Not Use These Tour Organizers! We were scheduled to use their service on October 9, 2023. But due to the Bombings in Isarel on October 7, 2023 the Cruise Ship we were on was not able to stop in Kusadasi (Ephesus) to let us embark at that Port because our safety was not guaranteed and our lives were in danger! We called these Organizers just as soon as our Captain of our Cruise Ship told us that he had to alter our Trip due to the War/Bombings. We immediately called the Tour Organizers and told them that we would not be stopping in Kusadasi, which was out of our control and was told that we would be refunded our money. Well, they Lied and then just emailed to us their Cancellation Policy!! I am so disappointed with these Tour Organizers and will NOT recommend this group to anyone! This group does not represent Turkey well at all !!

My family and I booked this tour (group of over 25) as part of our stop in Turkey for our cruise in October. Our cruise ship had to reroute because of the conflict in Israel as that was our port of return. Because of this diversion, we were unable to attend this tour as our Turkey leg of the cruise was canceled. We have reached out to be reimbursed and we have repeatedly been told we were no shows! A claim was filed with our credit card company and we were sent a somewhat threatening and harassing email from this guide telling us to reverse the dispute.
To say this has left a bad taste in my mouth would be an understatement. Collecting money for a tour that was never done, by no fault of our own and refusing to refund NONE of it. I would call that stealing!!

We were schedule to do this tour however the bombing in Israel prevented our cruise from stopping at this port. Organizers refused to cancel or refund our monies. This was very bad and hence left a really bad taste.
