DON’T BOOK WITH THEM !! They literally canceled my tickets when I was already at the louvre, and then didn’t answer when I called.

I showed up right at 10:00. Apparently, people waited in line much longer than needed. We all entered the Louvre within one to two minutes of each other. Very efficient and the line for those without tickets was terribly long.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and because the Louvre is so big it was very helpful to have someone to navigate the museum to see the highlights.

The tickets were invalid and cost almost twice the normal price.
I had to buy another ticket at the Louvre. That was very annoying.
The employee at the Louvre knew about the problem and advised never to buy tickets from any other provider than the respective museum.

The Louve has some wonderful works of art, none better than the Mona Lisa. However, it is a free for all to get up to that painting. I believe a more uniform approach is needed.

Your customer service is very irresponsible!!! Very sad. I sent 2 questions after the purchase but no response. Once the tickets were sold, you got my cash and it is the end of the relationship and the customer is left on his/her own.

When I booked, it said the ticket will email to me 1 day prior. Didn’t get it the night before so I contacted them via Viator app, the response was quick saying they will email me asap. On the day still no email, so I messaged them again, at 9am-ish they replied still say they will send to me asap, so I made my way to the Lourve. At 10am my booked time (10:30am) start to open to enter, still no email so I message them, and then they canceled on me at 10:08am.
Honestly, if you tell me the day before, or at the morning when I first message, I would be able to waste less time. My schedule, my mood is completely ruined.
This agency of course is bad, but Viator are you for real not checking your supplier that isn’t legit?
