More than just a butterfly farm, Entopia is a haven and magical world where butterflies and insects are free to come out and play. Discover the two worlds that lie inside the butterfly park: The Natureland living outdoor gardens, and The Cocoon indoor discover center. The Natureland is a shared ecological space for a variety of animal species from invertebrates to small reptiles living in their re-created natural habitat. It's one of the largest butterfly farm in all of Malaysia! With more than 15,000 free-flying bugs and over 200 species of plants with waterfalls, ponds, caves and other artistic garden features, it's a sight to behold! Before you leave The Natureland, make sure to stroll along the mezzanine-terrace from David’s Garden and get a majestic view of the Home Tree. Fantastic experience. Value for money. We spent two hours here. Thousands of butterflies fluttering ask around plus lots of other interesting insects and reptiles too, even a few turtles.
Whilst we are two older adults and really enjoyed it, it’s geared for children who would absolutely love it too.

Worth doing with young children as our kids loved it. Pretty waterfalls too. A few other reptiles around too.

If you love butterflies you must visit this place. There is actually more than just a butterfly display. You go through tunnels and other insect displays as well. It has been designed to be very clever.

We stayed at the Angsana, Penang’s newest resort and maybe the best.
Five minutes away by cab was the Entopia!
We were undecided whether to visit it as we only have two nights in Penang.
We then decided to go ahead with that idea to visit. The place for us was one of the best experience we had, rather than wasting out time at the shopping mall and the beach.
We were surprised to see so much display of different insects and small creatures like frogs, butterflies and others!
This place good for children and parents. The place was clean and climate controlled so it was cool and comfortable while we explore different species.

Great whole family experience. Exhibits were interesting and interactive. The space is well designed and allows you to take things at your own pace. There was an abundance of butterflies in the outside dome, much to the delight of the kids (and adults alike). Well worth the entrance fee.
