It was great. We learned so much about the elephants. We were so close to them. We were able to feed them and bathe them. I would definately recomend it.

The best fun I had in Phuket.

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and nice, our guide Mr.Yu was great!! They really care about the elephants here and look after them. We will not forget our time here feeding, walking and washing the elephants, would 100% recommend this.

The sanctuary was great, called The Lake; they took genuine care of the elephants which otherwise might be subjected to a cruel existence. Please do not ride on elephants, anywhere.
Trip was longer than expected due to being further away than thought; please be very specific about collection point especially if you are from a cruise ship- it nearly went very wrong. Mr Yu at sanctuary was great,

At first I was a bit sceptical if the elephant home was truly ethical. But turned out that the staff indeed cared for the animals and treated them with respect. We had a transfer from the hotel to the elephant home and then we were greeted friendly by the staff and then they explained how they got there and how the elephants were. Then followed by making a delicious papaya salad and ate lunch. After that we walked to the big friendly creatures and fed them. We felt very welcomed and at home. We had about 30mins with the elephants as they let them “free” again. Would totally recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this tour. The staff was great, the service excellen, the cooking class super fun, the employees really love the animals and you can see how the elephants look pleased and happy. Great great activity

You get to hug an Elephant! It's simply amazing to meet these creatures. First we prepared some food for the elephants, then we fed them, took a walk with them, and after that washed them in the lake. No cages, no hooks, no beating, the elephants roam free and live their best life - thats important to me. Our guide Mr Yu was very knowledgeable about the animals and would answer all the questions. And we also got a tasty lunch. The whole experience was very well organized, they even provide towels to take a shower after going to the lake with the elephants. So that was an amazing experience, for me a childhood dream come true, and I definitely recomend! 11/10!

This was an amazing experience for our whole family!! I can’t recommend this tour enough! The tour guides explained how to care for and feed the elephants. We we able to get up close and touch them. We fed them and then we gave them a bath. Then we learned how to make papaya salad and ate a delicious lunch!

I was the only visitor on the day. Absolutely loved it. The elephants were beautiful and seemed very relaxed. They are loved and cared for respectively by all who work there.

We have visited other elephant encounters, but this one was by far the best one due to how the elephants were well respected and taken care of.
