This rainforest tour was not what we thought it was, you didn’t get to walk in the forest to see waterfalls or noting. You only went to one water slide which was fun and went down the slide and walked a couple of feet away and you got to swim for about 30 minutes. Then you will get dropped of an empty beach with nothing to do or no tents or chairs to sit at from 2-4. We went to a restaurant to eat and pass time so we wouldn’t be in the sun for 2 hours (there is restaurants on the strip) Bring socks if you plan on getting on the slide.

Guide was very friendly and tought us a lot about the Island. I thought it was going to be harder to get to waterfall but he made us all feel comfortable. We totally enjoyed it

Enjoyed this excursion. However, would have preferred a little less time in the rainforest and more time at the beach. Two hours is simply not enough time to enjoy the kiosks and relax on the beach. Otherwise it was a great time!

We did not tour the rainforest at all. We went down a hill to 1 waterfall. Our next stop was the beach. Majority of our time was spent on the bus picking up and dropping off people.

Had an amazing time in the Yunque. Waterslide was so much fun. Vicente the tour guide was such an amazing person. So much food to choose from. My daughter also did the jetski in the beach and she loved it. You can shop as well for different things.

The natural water slides were fantastic and the natural rainforest was beautiful. Had an amazing steak at A Fuego and got to enjoy an amazing view at the beach.

I booked this tour through Viator, but Zipline Tours actually did the tour. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
First, the tour does not actually go to the El Yunque National Forest. Yes, you drive through it for a few minutes, but the stop at the waterslide at Las Paylas is well outside the National Forest. The waterslide and the creek actually are pretty--if it wasn't for the 200 other people there. If you want to see the rain forest, this tour is a deep disappointment. If you want to go down the short natural waterslide and hurt your butt, this is for you.
The second stop was at Luquillo beach. The beach is decent but not extraordinary--you could go to the Balneario el Escambrón on the isla San Juan for free to have a decent beach.
On the positive side, the bus was comfortable, and the driver/tour guide was professional.
