Our driver picked us up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. Even though it was really early it was so good to be the first into the forest as it was very busy as we were leaving. We had helmets and life vest for safety which was appreciated as we did a 15ft cliff jump and rock slide. It was very muddy so wear dark clothes (bathing suit, shorts, Tshirt) and prepare to get muddy and wet. It was strenuous and difficult terrain so not good for unfit or unhealthy. Take a towel for after and a change of clothes. Have a snack before you go. We took no phones or cameras but our guide took some photos for us. It was a great time and a must if you can make it.

Amazing experience! Eli and nini were so informative and made us feel comfortable. safety driven , funny and knowledgeable tour guides . Rock slides and cliff jumping and rope swings were so much fun . Eli and nini get 10 stars . We had a hiccup with our taxi and the meetup point , Eli without hesitation offered to bring us directly to our resort which was 25 mins out of his way . Definitely recommend this tour !

Eli and Nini were terrific guides as they took us to the waterfall and cliff jumping sites. They provided us with safety helmets and life vests and made sure my family was safe throughout the entire tour. We were told not to bring phones or cameras since the hike is very bumpy and slippery. However they took pictures and video for us with their phones. Great time and great guides!!

This was amazing tour with great guides Eli and Nini. Nini very friendly ( she picked us up and she was friendly and enjoyed the drive) The rainforest was amazing and the slide was my favorite. The experience was great I would do this again. It is challenging at times but the guides are wonderful and care about safety. It does get messy watch you step. I would give this a ten stars if I could Thank you so much for the great memories.

The rain forest hike was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our trip! The hike itself is definitely challenging, as you are scaling up the sides of muddy ravines using ropes and holding on to rocks and roots, but we had outstanding help from our guides, Nini and Eli, who guided us safely the entire way. They also encouraged many of us to overcome our fears, which allowed us to do things we never thought possible. Sliding down rock water slides and jumping off of cliffs next to waterfalls into a pristine rain forest stream was breathtaking. Highly recommend the experience and our tour guides!!!!

Chucky was wonderful and patient. My daughter was initially nervous, but he held her hands and helped her feel at ease and confident as we walked the narrower and bumpier paths. Chucky also provided excellent instructions and guidance to keep us safe. He was timely to pick us up and very communicative. He also gave us snacks and water at the end of the tour. I highly recommend him for family tours. He’s fantastic!

Our family had such an amazing time. Five stars! We typically like to explore things ourselves and not have a planned tour but I am so glad we did. It was our first time experiencing the El Yunque park and it did not disappoint. We had our own transportation so did not need to get picked up. Instead our guide, Bryan Chuky, called us the day before our tour to find a meeting spot to take us into the park. He was so much fun and knowledgeable. If you can request him, do it. His energy and personality is so electric and just adds to the great experience. I don’t know what my favorite part was between the natural water slide, the rope swing or the 20 ft jump, our group had a blast. And Bryan took care of taking all the videos and pictures for us so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own cameras . And for those who might have someone in your group who isn’t as “adventurous”, he had no problem accommodating for them as well. Thanks Bryan for making our Rain forest tour the highlight of our whole trip!

Great trip with a great guide - Bryan “Chucky” - through mud trails, river slides, rooe swings, and cliff jumps into crystal clear water. Bryan led an incredibly fun tour that my teens and pre-teen loved and wanted to repeat. Highly recommended!

This was a fun, laid back, awesome tour. It's a bit strenuous. You should be in fairly good shape and get ready to get your shoes muddy. Our guide Brian/Chuky was a pro. Kind and thoughtful and really wanted everyone to feel safe and have fun. Can't say enough good things about him and this tour. We were a small group and were able to sneak around the massive tour groups that were wearing crocs. Leave your crocs at home! Very slippery!

This tour was fantastic! Especially thanks to our amazing tour guide, Bryan (“chucky”) who just had the most incredible spirit and was a pleasure to spend the day with. The hike itself was a blast — be prepared for a lot of mud and rock scrambling! It’s a ton of fun, just embrace getting dirty and wear good hiking shoes. The forest is stunning! Some highlights of the tour include the natural waterslide, trekking through the mud, the rope swing, and of course, Bryan’s company. We had a great time. But definitely note its not a casual walk in the woods, and you should be able to handle some steep and rocky inclines. Thanks for a lovely hike!
