A beautiful experience that is worth checking out. We had Louie as our tour guide, and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the tours. He also has a lot of fun stories. Tour itself was great, learned a lot of interesting facts from when we got picked until we got dropped off. The rainforest was amazing and the water felt great, not too cold. The observation tower was a great chance to see a lot of the island and over the whole rainforest, great for photos as well! Unfortunately the slide area was closed for us, but the new area was just as good, less busy even.

The description didn’t indicate how challenging the tour is climbing over rocks, tree routes, etc. The guide could have been more helpful providing assistance. He was knowledgeable.

Our guide was Rafal, he was on time when he picked us up, he had a large amount of knowledge of the El Yunque and of the history of San Juan, which I appreciate. He also took us around San Juan to look at the murals, which were beautiful.

It was our first time visiting the island and we wanted to visit El Yunque during our stay. Louie was an excellent tour guide. He drove us around and a few different points of interest and gave us time to explore as he described the area.
Would highly recommend this tour to family and friends when they come to visit.

All parts were memorable - we liked the short hike to the river the best. Raphael gave a most informative history of Puerto Rico. He was most courteous and helpful throughout the trip.

This was the highlight of our 5 day vacation. Issac was a great tour guide and our small group got along very well. We brought our 3 month old on the hike and everyone was so welcoming and supportive. He hit all the highlights of the rainforest so I don’t feel like we missed a thing.

I was surprised that there was no wildlife in the forest except 300+ species of birds. We could hear the birds but never saw a single one. We enjoyed the flowers that were in bloom. The coach was comfortable and the driver was well educated in the culture.
