Our El Yunque tour guides, George, Luis, and Mitchell were amazing. They took us through waterfalls, mud, cliffs, rope swings, and water slides. They helped us up steep rocks and slippery mud and showed us many interesting facts about the rainforest. The company was one of the few we saw who provided helmets and life jackets. They were safe, fun, and on time for pickup. Highly recommend.

An amazing and well-run day of family fun! Jorge, our rainforest guide, was funny, knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt included in the day's activities all while making sure we were safe. His asst, Luis, was great too! This was a physically challenging tour but was beyond exciting at the same time. Our family of 7 had a blast jumping off boulders and sliding into the natural pools! Be prepared to get wet and dirty but loving it!
The biolumenescent bay tour exceeded my expectations- the trek via kayaks was challenging as it was dark but the glow of the algae and starry sky in the bay made it truly worth it. Our guide, Bradley, was knowledgeable and very personable! This is a day you do not want to miss!

We had a fun time and made some great memories. The tour guides are upbeat and kind. Luisnel helped one member of our party who is recovering from a shoulder injury navigate the tricky muddy parts of the hike (note: people with injuries or impairments should skip the climb up to the water slide and rope swing as this requires a short but strenuous effort). I appreciated the ecology and nature lessons we received on our bio-bay tour and it was simply great to be out on the water under the stars. There was also a fair amount of driving around to pick up/drop off people. Be prepared for a long day and bring a positive attitude and spirit of flexibility and you will have a good time.

The first half of our trip for the hiking got cancelled due to bad weather but the team was good with communication and gave us an option to do it another day but we couldnt. They picked us up later in the evening for the kayaking and it was awesome. The bus drive was super fun and the kayaking experience was amazing.

Only reason i gave a 4 star is it has been 3 days but we havent heard back for the refund

What an adventure! Our El Yunque trip was beautiful, muddy, and fun! Our guide, Adrianna, was the best part of the whole trip. We were lucky to be with a positive, active group, which helps when conquering the challenging hikes. Some things to know: This trip is for moderately-very active people. If you cannot scale the boulders, you will miss the water slide, rope swing, and cliff jump (the best parts, in our opinion). Wear socks and gym shoes/hiking shoes. They WILL get very muddy and wet. Eat breakfast before you go. Our "lunch" after the hike was at 3pm.
The bio bay was beautiful and exciting. It is moderately challenging to kayak through the mangroves, in extreme darkness, to get to the bio bay. Some suggestions for the tour company: seperate the new kayakers from the experienced! This was a complaint from many kayakers in our group as well as another tour group.
Best parts of this tour: you wear a helmet and a life vest when hiking. That helmet is useful when you're squeezing through rock formations above your head. No other groups wore helmets and I believe that is a mistake.
Not so good: we found out after we booked that our hotel was out of the pickup area so we had to Uber to the meeting spot. As a result, it was very difficult to get an Uber home from Luquillo to the Wyndham.
Back to Adrianna- seriously, hold onto her! What a gem. Love you, niña!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this tour. Jason, George and Tarzan were great tour guides! They made me feel safe even when I wasn’t sure and pushed me out of my comfort zone so I could live in the moment and have fun. They also helped capture the memories so that we could focus on the beauty and experience. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience. Wish the description gave more details on what to bring and wear. The van can be tight if it is a full group. The back is very bumpy! There are no changing facilities once you get to the parking area.
Muddy, messy, great time! Hike is mostly moderate or slightly easy. There are 3 parts that are more challenging with mud and incline.
Only bring and wear what you want to get wet. Wear shoes with good grips- I wouldn’t wear white!
2 creek crossings which can be knee deep or higher. The first swim area has rope swings and rock jumping. If you go past to the water slide, the hike is more challenging.
Adrianna was our guide and was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and fun.
Highly recommend this adventure. Just come prepared!

Felix our tour guide was absolutely amazing! He was fun, energetic and made us feel like family. The combined tour made it easy and fun filled day. We ended up staying close in Los Croabas which was awesome because we drove ourselves to the Bio Bay tour, only 4 mins away.
