Jeanne with was a super fun, helpful and encouraging guide. Her goal was to help all of us explore the El Yungue natural waterslides and swimming holes and take part in as many of the various experiences as possible. She encouraged us to try things but also cautioned us about activities that were dangerous. She gave us options when it came to the routes we could take along the excursion. Best of all, she videoed and photographed everything and then made sure to transfer the files to us, whether we had iPhones or Android devices. Her slo-mo videos of the big waterslide were fantastic! Such great memories! She took excellent care of everyone on her tour and helped out other people, too. The tour delivered everything that was promised!

we had such an amazing time and our guide. Seba was so awesome. he was barefoot and just totally one with nature was so nice with the children and made it an awesome time altogether. I would highly highly recommend and if you can be lucky to get Seba as your guide, you’ll enjoy it even more.

The best thing I’ve done in Puerto Rico so far! The views are amazing and if you’re up for a fun date devil adventure, this is it. You have the chance to go down a water slide, jump off cliffs and a rope swing. The tour guides gave us some history and helped with the hike a lot. This was such a fun thing to, but I do recommend some grippy shoes because it will get muddy and slippery.

This was a great tour through the rainforest. It was a bit challenging so be prepared for a little workout and to get muddy and wet but my 7 year old daughter was fine doing it. But what a fun adventure! Brittany was an amazing guide. She was super knowledgeable about the rainforest and Puerto Rican history. She was also very helpful in pointing out where to step and how to position yourself for each activity. We slid down a natural waterslide through a waterfall, cliff jumped, and did a rope swing into the water. It was one of the best parts of our trip to Puerto Rico. A really fun day trip and I highly recommend Brittany and Spotin tours.

Joel was ABSOLUTELY amazing !!! Although he wasn’t our main tour guide, he took it very easy with us and was very helpful when our guide wasn’t able to be. Joel was an absolute blessing and made everything so comfortable and educating for my Bestfriend and I!!! Mario got us there in perfect timing , and drove safe and calmly , because of Mario and Joel I will def be coming back for a 4th time !!
