We were at the pick up point on time and the tour operator did not get us. We ended up at the Eiffel Tower one hour later and therefore had to wait in line. Once we got to the Louvre we realized they had only given us one ticket instead of two, so I had to buy a second one. This is not what I anticipated and would not do this again.
The pick up point is a souvenir shop and the man that owns it doesn’t know anything about the tour.
Was supposed to be quick and helpful turned into a lot of work!

Seeing and going up the Eiffel Tower was good.
Due to poor weather (high winds) we could not go to the summit of the Eiffel Tower. The river cruise was cancelled due to high water and we were unable to do this on another day. We had a long wait in the queue for the Leuvre and this was a skip the line tour. I have emailed a request for some reimbursement.

Paris is beautiful! We happened to select a very busy time of year to visit. There is no line skipping, they just make your appointments and escort you into the Eiffel Tower. The rest is up to you.
You can probably do the same experience a lot cheaper just booking all three online on your own. We just had timed tickets that the company booked for us.

The guide shouted at us, I had never experienced anything like this in my life. The group was divided into 2 and we were assigned to a red-haired girl. From the beginning she was rude and ill-tempered but I understand that not all personalities are friendly and that's fine, but her explanations were in a low voice and without asking questions, she quickly went from one place to another. After passing the first scanner we no longer saw her, only the companions of both groups and we stayed with them, then the guide of the other group arrived and told us to stand on the side to let the people pass, we were waiting and taking photos when our guide and starts yelling angrily that why were we there if that wasn't our group, I told her that the other guide had told us that because she wasn't there but that she didn't have to get angry like that and she got outraged and left saying that she wasn't going anymore. to be our guide, I followed her saying that her attitude was disconcerting and she said that she was no longer going to give us the instructions :o
I have traveled many times and done all kinds of tours, it is the first time that a guide treats me like this, I couldn't believe it, it was a total disappointment.
Finally she did give vague instructions, we headed to the Eiffel Tower and getting out of the first elevator we lost her, she didn't wait for us! I really can't believe it. I reported it in the app's chat and first they asked me for more details saying that this is not the company's philosophy and then they never responded.
Seriously, do the tour on your own, buy tickets in advance, it's not worth it.

We didn’t get the email with the full details of the excursion until the day before. I booked the initial appointment at 12:30 not wanting to commit to anything too early that far in advance. I get an email the day before that appears to show the arrival time at the Louvre to be 9am and the Eiffel Tower to be 12:30pm. I send a message confirming these times because the email is not clear. Instead of responding Simply “yes” I received a second email that showed an arrival time for the Louvre to be 12:30pm. So I am really confused at this point. I send a message saying that and trying to confirm where we are supposed to be at what time. I don’t get a response until 8:30am the day of the excursion and apparently we are supposed to be at the Louvre at 9am. There would have been no way for us to make it on time. We were still able to visit both places because the tickets were valid all day, but the time in the Louvre was limited due to the missed appointment. The guide at the Eiffel Tower was really nice but loved way too quick and lost half the group several times.

We had a very nice day visiting the Eiffel but the Louvre was the real highlight. The boat cruise was a nice way to end the day.

This experience was not terrible, but not anything out of the ordinary. The Eiffel Tower experience was nice (but I think you could have gotten the same thing with if you showed up as soon as the open without the group). As for the Louvre, would highly recommencement buying separate tickets and getting there EARLY and waiting in line if you want a chance to see the Mona Lisa. With a 2oclock entry tine through this deal, there was a 2+ hour wait to see the painting. As for the cruise, it was nice to see the city but nothing spectacular. Would recommend buying this if you definitely want to do all three and do not have any urgency with the Louvre.

Unfortunately, when we took this tour the elevators were not working, so we had to climbed to the second floor, that is around 650 steps. It was not easy. We lost the tour-guide, so she never explained us anything. We started the tour probably with 30 people and we ended up with 8 going to the second floor. She was looking for more people and left us. Also, no transportation to go to the Louvre and the only thing we got a the Louvre were tickets and no guide. We took the river cruise but it was an ok experience, not great. I wouldn't recommend this tour.

This is a very expensive way to get tickets for the main attractions in Paris. You meet your guide at a convenient spot to pick up all of your tickets. Then you stand in line to visit the Eiffel Tower while your guide buys the tickets. (Which appear sold out since many are prebooked to guides) your guide tells you a little history about the tower and answers a few questions then leaves. I wouldn’t call it a tour.
The really bad part was the Louvre tickets purchased as part of this package didn’t start until 4:00PM that day when we were told to arrive between 12 and 2PM by the tour. By the time we arrived in the Louvre, they were not selling any audio guides and were telling people to exit within 1 hour. I contacted the tour operator and was told this was the Louvre fault for not letting us in early when in fact the ticket they bought was only valid after 4PM. We did not get any value out of the Louvre tickets and was offered no restitution by the tour operator. Overall bad experience with this tour company so stay away!!!!
