The guide was not at the location on the email and we couldn’t find anyone with a visitor flag so we missed the tour. We were at the street corner at the correct time and no one showed up. We were very disappointed and should get a refund.

Viewing Paris from the top. The top was enclosed in case you are afraid of heights. Dress warmly, It was cold and windy on our tour.

If possible buy your tickets directly on the Eiffel Tower official page. If you can’t find tickets Viator is a great second option.

Excellent way to see the Eiffel Tower. With the skip the line tickets we were first in line for security, first up the elevator and first to the summit. We got uninterrupted views from the summit for quite a while before it started to get busy. There was a reasonable queue when we arrived in the morning and it was much bigger by the time we got down. Would highly recommend purchasing skip the line tickets.

no doubt best ever family tour for winter time we had ever. Our Eiffle tower experience was really worth money and time we spent. There is no doubt Paris is a unqiue destination. We had skip the line tickets to the 2nd floor by lift then summit. Thank you. Recommended 200 percemt.
