Don’t use. Was a few minutes late. No help. No refund. Just a very unhelpful owner. Canceling all Trip. Advisor and Viator bookings after this. There is no ownership in the constant dew loop of entities. Rip off

The views from the Eiffel tower were spectacular and we took the boat cruise in the evening and it was amazing.

The Eiffel Tower excursion was worth the money. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, it was enjoyable to learn more about the Tower. It was stressful however learning he was not attending the tower summit with us and there was confusion around the boat tour rules, which he did clarify on when asked. Would NOT recommend at all the boat tour! It was packed, not a good view unless on the top deck where we went and withstood rain to get away from the masses and see bits of the Seine, notable buildings. Would not recommend at all! Additionally, when we first attempted to redeem the boat tour, they informed they were down to 2/3 boats and it would be at least and hour and a half wait, we came back the next day.
