The guide was very nice and had lots of facts and stories to tell us when we waited in lines. They were very organized. You check in 15 minutes before your departure. The guide calls your group. Be aware the office has no toilette facilities. However, they are everywhere around the tower. We enjoyed it all very much!

Waiting in line for three hours before we were able to enter the tower. We purchased summit tickets, but had no advantage to doing so.

Maybe the best part of their offer is if you are relatively new and don't know anything and don't have time to research how to get the tickets, then they can be a facilitator of the logistics. The guide gave some basic history and shepherded our group to the 2nd floor. She was not allowed to go to the top, so from there on the tour disbanded and we all did our own thing. There was nothing as promised re: "skip the lines" - we stood in regular lines as far as I could tell with others. It was not a very busy day so that was not a big deal but maybe on busier days that would be an issue. Overall would I pay this premium if I had spent more time looking into this - probably not.

Our tour guide Yanis was really good. He told us loads of the history of not just the Eiffel Tower but Paris as a whole. He shared some funny stories too and had lots of recommendations about other places to visit in Paris. We had a great time.

I bought this experience several weeks before the planned event. When we arrived at the appropriate location to get our voucher for the ticket experience, the lady at the travel shop told me, "This has not been available for one week." I should have been notified by Viator of this or given an alternative option. Therefore, we had no ticket and could not enter the Eiffel Tower. I am highly disappointed. I expect Viator to refund my charge.

The tour guide left us it was hard to keep up.. just to find him a on the Phone at the entrance. Very short tour you spend more time getting in. Tour guide didn’t give much history
