I was traveling with two kids, ages eight and 13. Excellent tour with a very informative tour guide: Yus. Definitely worth paying for the trip for skipping the long lines and for the entertaining historical information about the tower.

This tour is worth every penny! Skipping the line is well worth it and it’s not worth a trip to the Eiffel Tower without going to the Summit. Our guide Eus was awesome too. She was funny and educational, despite working on Christmas Day! Going to the summit is a little tricky if you have a toddler with a stroller but still well worth it and doable. Highly recommend this tour!

Even in the rain, views from Eiffel Tower are spectacular. Our guide was very patient herding a group of 20 people through checkpoints and onto the funicular. She made a brave face (in the pouring rain and and against fierce wind.. she shared important dates in the structure’s story.
