The guide was wonderful and very informative, especially for the 1.5 hours we waiting in line to get our tickets. This tour is not a skip the line tour nor does the guide have tickets before entry. Once at the second level, she pointed out the sights to be seen then let those continue to the summit on their own.

Totally unnecessary to pay for the tour, esp if you'relooking for skip the line. In fine print you'll see this is NOT skip the line. You meet your tour guide 2 streets over outside security. They go thru security with you (same as everyone else) and then you go stand in line with them (same as everyone else). There is no benefit or advantage to paying 3-4x for your ticket. That said, we did get to listen to some nice history while we waited in line for 1.5 hours and our guide Ana was very nice. Also, we needed to reschedule our tour and the customer service team of Bon Bon Tours was very nice and accommodating. So service was excellent, unfortunately its just an unnecessary tour and expense. Same as anyone else you wait in line. Read up a little to find best time with shortest line and just go in yourself. You essentially go thru security, stand in line, go up in elevator, take pictures, enjoy the view and off you go. The summit was open when we went but that's another 1 hour line on the 2nd floor. The views from the 2nd floor are spectacular without going to the summit.

Henry was a great interactive tour guide for my wife and I, our 11 and 14 year old kids and our friends. He told us many great stories and kept us entertained throughout the opening lines.

Absolutely not worth the mark up
It cost 29 euros to get a ticket to the top. You wait in long lines but none the less it’s 29 per person.
This marks up to more than double that to have a person walk you to the long lines. They tell you facts about the tower but that’s if your close enough to hear her talking which most of us were not considering we were in long single file lines. You stand in line with everyone else there are no benefits to this tour.
Do not waste your money on this.

We met with our guide and were not given our tickets. Our group had to stand in line with her. While in line she said a few things about the Tower which we could not hear. After 2.5 hours of waiting we finally got to the second floor. As soon as the doors opened to exit our guide was nowhere to be seen. Waste of my money and time and will not do again or recommend. The tickets were 29.40 euro at the gate I paid more than double for this tour and it was an utter sham.

Our tour guide was Henry. Henry made the entry to the Eiffel Tower fun and entertaining! He had great stories that made the history come to life. Henry had so much knowledge, was professional, and had a great enthusiasm. Highly recommend this tour, and ask for Henry!
