As per the regulations of the Eiffel Tower, if you have upgraded your tour to access the summit, you are required to proceed directly to the summit upon reaching the second floor. Once you have visited the top, you are free to explore the first and second floors on your descent.
If the summit closes at the discretion of Eiffel staff at the time you receive your ticket, you will receive access to the second floor and a partial refund.
Please note this is NOT a skip the line tour and sometimes wait periods with your guide can be 90 minutes or more depending on the crowd restrictions, COVID security measures and construction at the Eiffel Tower.

Amazing experience , the view is breath taking.
The climb up the stairs is a good work out so just take your time.
You go up two levels so on the level one there are shops, cafe and rest areas and if you cannot go up anymore just take the elevator down to the ground.

Masha our guide gave us very good explanations and historical details about the tower. But beware you have to climb 300+ stairs to the first level and another 300+ stairs to 2nd level. We paid extra for the elevator to the top, that is optional, I recommend it, the view is incredible.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, walking, instead of taking an elevator, made the activity a richer experience and it was nice to be lead quickly through the line.

The boat was nice and seeing the various monuments, especially lit up at night was cool. However, the food was not great (think low-end airplane food) and the service was extremely slow. Many guests had not gotten dessert by the time the tour ended at 10:45pm.

Hisham was an excellent tour guide.
He is funny, knowledgeable and very friendly.
The views are amazing took many photos.
Champagne at the top is lovely but a little expensive.
Oh well, once in a lifetime.
I highly recommend!!

We had a great time on out guided tour of the Eiffel tower! The wait to get tickets was quite long but Sagar kept us entertained with his knowledge and history of the tower, as well as fun facts. He was knowledgeable about other monuments as well and always kept us engaged. I would definitely recommend this tour and in particular Sagar.

What an experience! The Eiffel Tower Guided Climb exceeded my expectations. Our guide, David, was charismatic and truly made the tour uplifting. The views were striking and the history shared was educational. I couldn't have asked for a better way to experience such an iconic landmark. Highly recommend!
