Marcella was a lovely, well informed guide as was the initial guide who met us at the office. Despite a delay to the opening of the Eiffel Tower that day, they were reassuring and sorted everything efficiently.

Our tour guide to the Eiffel tower was great. Learned a lot about its history. Group entry is definitely worth it. Best part is since we were in a group the street peddlers left us alone. Giving 4 stars only because picking such a late time there wouldn't have been enough time to really enjoy the tower portion (needs 2 hrs) and do the cruise the same night. Luckily the cruise tickets were also reserve entry and good for several months. So we did the cruise the day after. Night cruise was good. But wonder if day cruise would be better.

Second strike with this tour group. Save your money and don’t book with this company. Guide walked very fast and barely told us history of the tower. He gave us like 5 minutes of facts while we stood in front of the elevator and then left us when we got to the second floor. The line to elevator was long and wait was an hour a there is absolutely no advantage to booking with this company because we still had to wait behind the people who just bought elevator tickets for that day for a lot less.
Please just book just tickets in advance straight from the place you’re going and don’t use this tour company. They are unprofessional and just care to have their money.
We have booked tours before for other countries and they have all been great until this tour company. Do your research and check their reviews on Google.

Jean-Baptiste was a fantastic tour guide. He was funny, informative and patient. It was great to skip the line. He told us the history of the Eiffel Tower and what to see and then left us to view the Tower ourselves. The River cruise was good. I like the flexibility of taking the cruise anytime.
