Too expensive, you can purchase Eiffel Tower and river cruse plus big bus tickets by yourself, only cost half. Not only that, I had hard time to fine my tour guide on the Eiffel Tower tour. So, I couldn’t get my big bus tickets. Luckily, with big bus help I got it. Big bus has good service.

Great experience, the drivers and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bus tour provided us easy access to all of the major attractions.

There was never good communication, we had to call and send messages several times to confirm the reservation. They scheduled us for an hour and left several clients waiting for more than an hour and a half. In addition, they send a "NO SHOW" message after they gave us the tickets.

Excellent! My husband & I enjoyed the “Skip the line” tour on Aug 6th, 11am. Our guide was lovely, patient & informative. We jumped to the start of the long lines, it was amazing! And what a view!

Just what we needed! Early entry into the Eiffel Tower, no lines! Then flexibility to use the bus tour and boat tour at our pace. We did all ours on the same day but you can use the tickets on another day. We called the tour company to confirm the meeting spot which was useful and then met with the tour guide to get all our tickets and they were kind enough to bring us to the Eiffel Tower to bring us to the correct line where we went past the long line to the tour line! Just be on time for your meeting time!

The whole tour was exciting, educational and entertaining, thanks to Ricki.e W, driver of bus 134. First he shared some guidelines to help make the experience more enjoyable. Then off we went for a trip to the Cave, a wild ride on the Maid of the Mist, and a general tour of the area all the while being regaled with facts, figures and folklore that makes Niagara Falls an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Rickie, for a great visit.

You have to book a date and time for the service, but this is only linked to the Eiffel Tower booking. So how to access the 2x days bus pass and cruise ticket should you want to take them before this time?
Also, we were not met and taken to the Eiffel Tower despite being at the exact address given in the documentation.
Just needs thinking out a little better from the customer’s perspective.

This service is packaged as a money saver and it ended up costing us more than we would have paid if we'd done them separately. We were in Paris for 4 days. It was our first time and we saw the skip the line for the Eiffel Tower and thought - had to have it. In the end, we should've done the tower one day, the boat another, and the bus tour a third. If buying at the beginning of your trip this might work out. If booking towards the end as we did, it's not worth it. Having said that the tower tour was good. The bus was good. The boat trip was good.

Tour guide arrive one hour late and because of that I miss my skip the line tour to the Louve.I would not recommend this tour to anyone

We started off the day at 930am with being told our Eiffel Tower access wasn’t until 12:30pm; we were on a track to do the river cruise, then the tower, then the bus tour. We had planned to do the boat cruise in the evening, so we just had to walk around the city until 1230. We were told that we had to wait to get on the bus until after the Eiffel Tower. Our guide was very helpful and enthusiastic on our way to the Eiffel Tower, telling us what to do, where to go and offering to take our picture many times! However, were never told which hop on hop off bus company we were using and had to ask a random bus driver if they knew if we were on their company line. By this time, it was 2:30pm which only gave us a few hours to explore the stops since the buses stop running at 7pm. We didn’t get to see half of the things on our Paris to do list. Stops were also stressful with masses of people trying to get in the bus; one time we didn’t even get seats so we weren’t able to listen to the guide. As for the bus guides, we felt that the live feedback was a nice, extra touch that you may not get on another tour but it is hit or miss if you will actually receive the live guide; we only had that about half of the time. However, you are provided with free headphones to listen to the audio which was a nice touch. With that being said, every guide and employee we encountered was very friendly. We would recommend this tour if you would like to drive around and see the city or are looking for a more structured tour. But based on our experience, you may not get to everything you have planned to see if you are actually hopping on and off.
