Very unhappy with how everything went down. We bought tickets March 7 through Viator. The tour guide said that Viator always oversells and there’s nothing they can do about it. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be reporting this and never using Viator again.

The six of us arrived early at the meeting spot for our “Eiffel Tower Access Tour to 2nd Floor with Summit Option by Lift” only to be told by the guide that our tickets that we had paid $103.74 each for were NOT useable because VIATOR had overbooked!! We were also told an option was to stand in line and pay for additional tickets.
Please tell me how to get our money refunded.

Martin, our guide, was really nice, friendly and informative.
I felt like we needed clearer instructions on the meeting point - we did make it but it was close. And I felt like it was really short - we enjoyed having time to explore on our own, but would have like even more information and learning about the tower for the money that we paid.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us an amazing tour of the Eiffel Tower! He was easy to understand and made sure we could all hear him whenever he was speaking.
