Warning! Do not book with this tour operator! Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Penny wise pound foolish.. My inbound flight times were changed which caused a conflict with my originally booked Eiffel Tower visit. I alerted the operator immediately and over 24 hours prior to my scheduled visit to explore finding a tour at a later time on the original date of booking or during 3 other days. I received no reply from the tour operator to my 2 communications. Only after I alerted the transaction company did I receive a reply. After hours of communication between them and the tour operator, I was told there was nothing either could do and there was no one else in a position of authority with whom I could discuss the matter.

This tour was the best part of our entire trip. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Once we got to the second floor, the guide gave us a 360 skyline tour of all of the most famous buildings in Paris.

Matt met us by the souvenir shop early and had our tickets ready for us. It was great bypassing the line and we had a clear day to enjoy the views. He was knowledgeable about all the sites he pointed out to us. He also knew Paris history and the tower’s history.

This tour was disorganized and unprofessional. We got to arranged meeting place and guide w/a mouthful of food starts talking to us - doesn't explain the procedure clearly. One person is checking everyone in - has to be a better way then taking our phones. Didn't realize we were being separated into two different groups. Hard to hear guide as he was talking to us while on line - he kept asking group questions "how long do you think it took to build tower? At what cost? And people were guessing - just give us the information. He talked way too much about himself and we didn't get to "skip the line" as promised on site...would not recommend.

We enjoyed our tour. The meetup spot was easy to find. Our guide Cecile was friendly and informative. The next night, we recognized the landmarks on our river tour. The view was beautiful and it was definitely helpful to skip the line and take the elevator.
