Start your tour of the Eiffel Tower by meeting your guide, who will give you an introduction to the tower and the history of its construction. Ascend to the 2nd floor by elevator and take in the sweeping city views as you ascend this iconic landmark.
At the end of the 2nd floor visit, take the elevator that will take you to the top. At the top, enjoy some free time to take in views of the famous landmarks that can be seen atop the Eiffel Tower. See Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Trocadéro gardens and the golden dome of the Hôtel des Invalides.
On the way back down, be sure to stop at the 1st floor where you can walk on the glass floor of the observation deck and see an exhibition on the Eiffel Tower.

Absolutely fantastic. Found our meeting place without any problems. Our guide Michelle was very knowledgeable and going up to the summit was just amazing. Would do it again.

Met the guide at 12:00 for 12:30 booking and the guide was fine.
Unfortunately it was pouring with rain so very difficult to hear the guide throughout the tour.
To be honest I wouldn’t call this a tour, nothing to do with the guide, just this wasn’t quite what we expected.
We queued with everyone else and seemed to just let people past - which was more frustrating when the second we got to the front the sign changed to TOP CLOSED! So then the guide could only buy 2nd Floor tickets.
Have to be honest, I didn’t realise this was what would be happening.
Once we got back down again the TOP was open again so we decided to queue again to get the tickets ourselves and go to the summit which was the main reason we were there!
In summary, I wouldn’t recommend this tour and would recommend buying through the Eiffel Tower if possible.

Since i had pre-booked and paid for tickets i was surprised to find out that not only did we have to meet up with a guide slightly off the grounds but then after being confirmed and checked in by the guide - to then have to walk to the tower and stand in line for quite some time to get actual tickets…didn’t help that it was pouring rain and access to the top had been cancelled due to the weather….. guide was nice but didn’t really learn a lot so end of the day felt that the substantial premium paid for the tickets through Viator - compared to walk up ticket price- really wasn’t worth it.

This tour was a great value compared to other Eiffel Tower tours. We loved the tour guide. Elevators at the tower are very smooth and height fearful members were comfortable.
We had a pop up rain storm, and it made the trip memorable to say the least.

Was a lovely tour dispite the weather! Edmund was absolutely fantastic he was really insightful and told us lots of interesting facts about Paris and the Eiffel
