Seeing this giant creation in person was amazing! The view in the 2nd floor was awesome although it was raining. Our tour guide was informative and funny. We still waited in line after we passed the security. There is different line to go in for this tour company before the security. I guess you can call that skipping the line! I will recommend anyway!

Terrible. Our international flight was delayed a full day and meant we could not make the tour. They were unwilling to do any kind of refund or even an adjustment in our time slot. We ended up just getting tickets directly at the Eiffel Tower a day after which was a fraction of the cost! Not worth the price even as we watched others with a tour.

Our hostess (Yus) was very informative and brought the experience to life.
That said it was way overpriced - there was no real queue to speak of so the “skip the line” was a waste and if I just went to the Eiffel Tower I would have paid 28 € to go to the summit when we paid around 85 € per person for the tour experience.

Tour lasted less than an hour even though advertised as 1.5 to 2 hours. Nothing remarkable about it unfortunately. Could hardly hear the guide as the group was large and there were no headphones.

Tickets were available about 4 hrs of the activity. Too short time to plan, plus your point of encounter was outside the tour!
You have lost a customer. All other attractions we booked with headout, and was no issue at all.

All went smoothly booking the visit and the instructions were good. The tower wasn't too busy, and the guide left us to enjoy once she'd got us there. Waiting for the shop to open to collect the tickets in the rain wasn't fun and could have been better planned. Skip the line ticket was a bit of a waste as we had to queue for the Eiffel's security anyway. The River Seine tour was average, as we couldn't see much from our seats but it was a nice optional extra that we'd recommend.

The guide (Sebastian) did a great job. We started on time, we got a lot of great information. The weather was terrible and the view stunk, but that didn't take away from the thrill of being at the top of an iconic building.
