We didn’t get to do it as when I went to get the tickets the office was closed so I lost my 200 dollars the whole event was very missleading

It was wonderful to see the city from the first and second floors of the tower. It was a very cold windy day, with snow and ice on the ground, but our Host made it a fun experience, despite the cold. It was amazing to see the Eiffel Tower covered in snow!

This was absolutely excellent! Our host Catalina was enthusiastic and engaged the whole time. It snowed on the way to and while we were up the Tower and Catalina was just as excited as us. We, a family of 6, highly recommend this experience.

Met our guide at the designated rv point, group of about 15, not far to walk to the tower. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt welcome. Weren’t able to go to the top of the tower today due to the weather but very impressive view even so.

We got to the voucher collection point 10mins late and the person who was in the store was a bit rude and ask us to pay €30 to accomodate us on to the next tour which was about to start. This felt like not an official charge but just way to get us to pay more money. After that horrible experience, we went on to the Eiffel Tower and actually ended up enjoying the views. If it weren't for the rudeness and blatant day light robbing, would've given a 5 star rating.

Our guide, Yus, was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of the Eiffel Tower and she presented the information in an entertaining way. In addition, she was helpful to anyone wanting advice concerning other things to do and things to see.

Easy access to the tower. The weather was freezing with snow and our guide was very informative and made it worthwhile to go up to the second floor.
