Awesome experience like none other. Guide Bruno was very knowledgeable and so kind and personable. His English was excellent, made us feel really comfortable and gave us an excellent dinner reservation.

The directions to the meeting place were the WORST. I didn't get to do the tour and couldn't get a refund. No explanation for the denial was provided.

Our tour guide, Sebastian (from Argentina), was fantastic. He made the best of a cold rainy day by keeping our group entertained with the history of the Eiffel Tower. Sebastian was efficient in moving our group through the ever present crowds and distracting us with his Witt and humor. We selected the option to go to the top (3rd level), Sebastion took us to the second level, explained our options very clearly, and we proceeded with ease for the rest of the tour. The operator was efficient, on time, and provided lockers for bag storage (for a small fee) if needed. The “skip-the-line” tour does allow faster access, however everyone visiting the tower must pass through multiple security checks which everyone has to wait for. There was not much delay and the whole tour was a great experience.
