We had a excellent tour with Miss Ekaette. She gave as a very informative speech about the history of the tour eiffel & a effortless pass through long queues. We were very pleased to have the tour by her!

This tour is basically a wait in line with you and buy the tickets. They do not pre-buy the tickets and, depending on the time of day, you may not get the tickets to the summit if you that is what you ordered. We ended up waiting in line for over 90 minutes and weren't able to do the summit tour. The tour guide was interesting when we could hear her but the nature of waiting in line and the crowd meant we could only hear for a few minutes of the very long wait.

no added value from the tour guides, no reduced waiting time, pricing compared to normal tickets way too expensive, cannot recommend tour at all

Paid £50 each for this and expected to turn up, not have to queue and have an interesting tour of the tower. What actually happened was we met the guide - who was very pleasant- in a park. She took us over to the ticket office where we queued with everybody else (who were only paying £28 for their tickets), got told a few facts about the tower. We stood behind her while she got out tickets and then told to have a nice evening. Then off she went!! Could have done it ourselves!
