Our guide was a lovely young man, however, he drops the group off at the second level. He spent a total of one hour with the group, so this is a lot of money for that.

Our tour guide Lou was amazing she is very knowledgeable energized and engaging. And oh yeah Eiffel Tower was amazing the from the top is unreal

It is more than words can express. The beauty, wonder and sheer magnitude of the tower is breathtaking. My girls and I had the most amazing time. The lines were long but the wait was nothing too bad, about an hour. We didn't buy advance tickets because they were sold out and we still managed to make it to the top.

I couldn’t give a good review as the place was closed for several days due to strike action!
Very bad timing and a big disappointment as we had tickets booked to go up to the summit and were really looking forward to it :-(
Fortunately the tickets were refunded due to the strike.

Would not recommend this tour. We didn’t get our barcode tickets until 18 hours before the tour time as well as a very important message from the tour guide with instructions that weren’t clear. This is not visitor/traveller friendly. I didn’t understand that this was a whole tour that started in another location from the Eiffel Tower. The information was not clear about what to do day on the day of and the email wasn’t sent until 18 hours before. The meeting time is really 15 minutes (sharp) before the tour and we were three minutes late due to scrambling to make it to their last minute meeting location. I just wanted to go up to the Eiffel Tower and didn’t know you could just buy tickets at the Eiffel Tower itself. Not easy to navigate this tour- ended up missing it with no sympathy from the host and ended up losing what I spent on it.

We purchased tickets online to climb the tower. Once we arrived at our destination we were told that the entry tickets were sold out. But with a supplement of another 15 euros those to climb to the final part were available. Absurd and we weren't the only ones.
