Proceed to the second level to survey the city from the viewing platforms while listening to commentary about Paris culture, traditions, and history.
Then, it's OPTIONAL if you want to proceed to the summit to see Gustave Eiffel's private apartments and sip Champagne from the onsite bar (own expense) .

Do not book with this group. There was no guide and a 3rd party seller was impossible to reach with no instructions on how to get the tickets. The only instructions where to contact the guide 24 hours ahead of the tour - which we did through the app. No one got back to me and we almost missed our entry time. The lack of communication was horrible. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from the official Eiffel tower website.

I was in Paris, nine months ago and booked this tour and it was a completely different experience!!
Although our guide was very nice, he did not have access to actually take us to the first or second floor of the Eiffel Tower. The tour was advertised as a guided tour of the Eiffel Tower with second-floor access.
When we arrived, we met our guide Hustead us underneath the center of the tower, and gave us a brief history…. Then leading us to the elevator, and informing us that he didn’t have access to go with us.
The whole purpose of booking, a guided tour was to provide my mom and aunt, with his much knowledge about the amazing city of Paris as possible. Nine months ago when I took this tour guide, took us to each level and gave us interesting history points about what we were seeing around us.
Unfortunately, I feel that this tour was misrepresented and my mother and aunt paid the price for a guided tour and we wound up using Google to try and figure out the view and history on our own!
Very disappointed and don’t recommend this tour!

Sibi was an excellent guide and we enjoyed speaking with him. He reached out to us, met us easily, and got us through the process easily. I rate it 3 stars because I thought this included Sibi coming with us to the 2nd floor with some more commentary. But overall a good experience!

Not worth the price you are paying for someone to stand in line with you, to use your money to buy a ticket. Our guide card was declined twice before she tried another card to pay for tickets. I already paid for. Best tip plan ahead and purchase your tickets in advance directly. You do not need a guide. While we where in line another family joined us in line and had the same concerns after waiting 2 hours in a line making sure the guide didn’t walk off with our money.

The tour operator wasn’t there. We were at the meeting place at the correct time and checked with the tour operators there no claimed we were in their group. As the booking doesn’t have their tour name on it we didn’t know who to look for so instead ended up having to pay for another trip for the Eiffel Tower as the tour operator wasn’t there or have a sign. Completely incompetent!

Guide just stands with you in the line and buys tickets for you. Guide explained very basic stuff whi h you can Google for 5 mins.
Guide does not come with you to the Eiffel tower ..just sees you off at the entrance

I booked via Viator the guided Eiffel tour and we met with the guide to enter the Eiffel tour. Actually by that time we were joined to another group of fifteen people and we all had the same guide for the Eiffel tour. Though we have booked the tickets in advance we waited in the queue for approx 45 min until we have our tickets and being able to enter the Eiffel. (I really don’t know what is the reason to prepay all these if you need to stand in the queue for so long time). At the end before we enter the lift guide informed us that he will not join us and then all 17 people were looking each other wondering what has happened and then what we paid for. Bottom line I asked for my refund for something that I bought and never received (still waiting for feedbakc) and that was enough to spoil the experience…. I don’t care if the problem is on the operator they work with but at the end is not my problem..they should better evaluate their partners.. At the end is Viator who received my money and not the tour operator

Sibi was so helpful in getting Eiffel Tower access tickets. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the tower. Very easy way to get through the long line!

We went at night so saw the city and the Tower lit up - so stunning and breathtaking. All I did was say wow and a-mazing!

My sisters and I went to the tower at 7:30 night and in January. The crowds were very manageable. The view is beautiful and you can see many buildings that we didn't get to visit or see the short time we were in Paris. Definitely worth seeing.
