Very good way to see Edinburgh. We had two-day tickets and apart from the rain, we would have been able to see much more of Edinburgh. By taking the tours we got to visit all the many sites we wanted to visit. And didn't wait long for the next bus to come along as the driver told us when he would be at the stop. It was the best possible way of getting a good overview of this beautiful city.

Stay away from this company they take your money and sat buses turn up every 10 mins but my partner and I waited over 40 mins. We couldn't do the tour in the end asked for a refund and ignored. Stay away from them and go with other companies who had buses turn up quite regularly.

We had a tour of 90 min and paid 18 for one trip. The driver was really nice and we enjoyed sitting upstairs with our headphones on . There were a few different your you could go on

The map that I downloaded from their website is outdated. Some bus stops mentioned in it don’t exist, they give you another one inside the bus. Also, they don’t come every 10 minutes as mentioned in their website, but rather every hour….I would recommend to chose another provider.

Terrible, use majestic tours. This company is a waste of time, states that they run every 20mins but we waited with 3 toddlers for more than 50minutes at each stop, 4 majestic busses arrived in the same time frame. Avoid at all costs and do not waste you time or money

It worked very well, when one can stop at about 15 different stops. We stopped at the Botanical Gardens, it was a much needed rest from the filled schedule. So when you can hop on or off at your choice one feels more in charge.

I was on the Britannia tour and the driver was amazing he is definitely one of the best I have seen and so young, he was about 18 if lucky and I was shocked when I seen him behind the wheel he was so helpful and polite when we got on the bus. His driving was perfect nothing to doubt when we got off I complimented him and he was so grateful. Can’t wait to come back to Edinburgh and hopefully he is driving. Hope his manager or someone in charge sees this and knows what an excellent young man he is and driver.

Never received voucher during our time in Edinburgh. We could not board the bus. Credit card was charged and had to buy another tour on site. Terrible customer service. No problem contact listed.
