What a fabulous day. View was slightly hazy but we still went up. It was amazing. Still managed to see most of the views. Sadly we had to get a refund on our One World tickets as it was a no go due to awful weather. The service from Viator was first class and the refund was received within 24 hours. Wow! Excellent service as always. Thank you.

Despite a wonderful view, the service was catastrophic. I had booked 2 tickets for 7:20pm to see the sunset and we were at the top at 8pm. We missed the sunset and were very disappointed.
After that, we were completely blocked in the tower as everyone wanted to go down but had to wait for ages !! Only 1 elevator to go back was very inconvenient… I was absolutely stressed to stay there and just wanted to flee the Edge. This experience was very catastrophic

Fabulous views. Felt very safe. We visited on an evening. No time limit so not rushed. Queue to get back down was quite long. Drinks very expensive.

It has to be a highlight. This area has been reclaimed and the views are awesome. The view through the glass floor was a little underwhelming but, the whole area was generally fabulous.
I would imagine, if at peak times it could be very busy

We visited the edge on a Tuesday morning (7th of May) , we were very stressed by the chaotic organisation, the incompetent staff shouting at paying clients and treating them like cattle.

We have never experienced such a dramatic mismanagment at a tourist attraction in NYC.

Our ticket had a time slot.... but plenty of people (also with tickets) were standing in the Hudson Yards shopping mall waiting to enter! Everything is blocked, no information from the staff besides yelling aggressivly at shocked guests!!

After being finally admitted, looooong waiting continues! Dark, warm! ... kind of tunnels with partly noisy animations.

FYI to get down after your visit, you have to wait a long time again!! for the elevator.

The edge observation deck offers *gorgeous views* , great for picture taking IF!!! you can get near the strategic points/inclined glass wall!? There was an invasion of hordes of tourists on the edge ... even on a weekday!

On the 101st floor everything was "closed"/private function? You could only acces the elevator there.

The staff needs to get lessons in customer care and managment should overthink their "cashmachine business plan"!

Accepting too much clients which are herded like cattle by uneducated uncaring staff will result in a big FAIL!

Don't recommend visiting the edge.

Never again.
Nunca mas.
Mai più.
Nie wieder.
Plus jamais.

You do not need to pay to get up to the viewing platform. So the tickets I bought on your site were a waste of money.

Beautiful view From the top of the city.
You are able to see the south and the north of Manhattan including the Liberty statue.

The Edge experience was good once I got up to the top and out on the edge.
The line organization at the beginning could have been better. For the most part there was communication about pulling certain timed ticket-holders out of line but there were no corrals to keep people in any sort of line. People would walk around and move themselves to the front of the line, push their way by you, etc.
I also had to switch my days because of unforeseen circumstances and ended up paying for a 2nd ticket since refunds and changes weren't allowed. At least offer a date switch.

We took 5 activities. Top of the Rock. The Edge. Night cruise. Empire. One Word Observatory. I put the order that we liked the most. It's worth it. In May there are few lines so we hardly had to wait nor did we have to go early to make an appointment. We could do everything at the same time without waiting.
The Edge is worth it. It is exterior. Worth.
