They book you for a certain time then make you wait on line for over an hour after you check in. Would not recommend.

It was a great experience HOWEVER I booked my ticket for 6:20 I waited in line for over an hour. They did mention that there was a 30 min wait. While in life there is no air conditioning no access to the restroom unless you want to completely get out. It would be nice if they would communicate about longer wait times due to elevator issues or other. Communication is the key to success and for visitors to understand why it’s taking so long. This would prevent the staffing to getting yelled at. Let me also warn you it’s a bit cold/windy as well so dress warm. I came during May 12 on Mother’sDay. Otherwise I would recommend this attraction. It’s beautiful views.

This is an amazing engineering feat, built over an existing railroad. From the ground up to the top glass viewing platform it’s exhilarating. Don’t forget to watch the lift wall on your journey to the sky & back

We booked our ticket for 8pm. We had been waiting In a queue for over an hour. There are no staff en route to the lift and no signs to tell you how long to go. As an English person, we don’t mind queuing but this was an absolute joke. We did this through the NYC pass but if I had paid for it exclusively I would be asking for a refund. If you have kids I would absolutely not recommend as you will be standing in a queue with no where to sit other than the floor for well over an hour. If you have an activity booked after this you are in no hope of making it on time. We hoped as an 8pm slot we would be up there for sun set but nope it is completely pitch black outside so we have wasted time of our holiday we will not get back. There is no where to fill up water or sit down so anybody who struggles with this I would go somewhere else. We decided to stick the queue out as if we left it will have 100% been a waste of our time as we got nothing out of it. In the time it took me to draft this review we had taken about 6 steps forward in the queue.

Awful experience. Kept waiting in dark corridors for over an hour after your appointment time after being told to arrive 15 minutes early. No aircon in the corridors, very hot and oppressive. Whoever designed this needs a serious rethink. Just not user friendly at all! Definitely not worth the wait! Experience completely ruined because of this. We booked the sunset slot so we could see the sunset but pitch black. The view is nice but not worth the money.

The panoramic terrace offers truly beautiful views of all of Manhattan, from One World and the Statue of Liberty to Central Park.
Best done in the afternoon so as not to face the sun.

Terrace with breathtaking, wonderful views, when you go out you are amazed and you can take beautiful photos. The champagne isn't bad either

What a fabulous day. View was slightly hazy but we still went up. It was amazing. Still managed to see most of the views. Sadly we had to get a refund on our One World tickets as it was a no go due to awful weather. The service from Viator was first class and the refund was received within 24 hours. Wow! Excellent service as always. Thank you.
