Amazing and breathtaking experience. Book your tickets in advance to choose the best part of the day for the visit. Choose a sunny day because you are outside. Not for people who are afraid of heights.

We booked the 11pm slot. The lines were still long but it was worth the wait. NY at night is an awesome sight to see!

The views were amazing and it was a perfect sunny day. a bit chilly but amazing times. There's a restaurant called Peak. Definitely reserve that spot for lunch/drinks if you're going w/family and friends.

The observation deck itself is pretty incredible. Getting to it is another story. I had to ask where it was when I was in the shops area. Once we got off the elevator on the deck floor, there was no one there to instruct us where to go. A few of us got in the line that was there only to find out we were getting back on the elevator and going down. They kindly let us take the elevator back up and again, had to find someone to ask directions where the observation deck actually was. Horrible signage , actually nonexistent. However, the employees were friendly and accommodating and helpful when you could find them.

The view was incredible. Definitely worth it!! We went at 5:30 and it was gorgeous ti see the city all lit up at night. Sunset would be incredible, but it was sold out….

Really good view of NYC, Jersey, and the Hudson River. The day I went was cloudy and not sunny, but you could still see everything clearly.
