This is a great tour to do if you're short on time as you get to see chichen itza and a cenote. Our tour guide Norma was amazing and gave us loads of interesting information about the Mayan people and the history of the area. The food at the cenote was also really good, no complaints at all.
It is however a whistle stop tour - you get less than two hours at chichen itza and just under two hours for the cenote and lunch. You also stop for 25mins in Valladolid which isn't really time for anything. It was pretty rushed so if you do have time - just do one or the other.

The tour was very well organized. Our guide, Victor, was a wealth of knowledge along with being very kind and pleasant. The driver, Danelo was a fabulous driver, we felt very safe and the bus was very clean.
The buffet was delicious and the Cenote, outstanding. It was a full day and well worth the experience. A very efficient and well run tour.

Victor was such an informative tour guide! We learned so much about Chichen Itza, which we loved, but the best part was swimming in the cenote! I would’ve liked more time in Valiodad, but I understand everyone also wants to get back home at a reasonable hour!
We were also lucky to have Daniel as our driver! He was very on top of the schedule.

I can’t say enough good things about this trip. One of the best things were the kind staff Norma, Elias and Eduardo. Norma our guide is incredibly knowledgeable about Mayan history and it was like university lecture but better because the history is right before your eyes. The ruins of Chicien Itza are the highlight. However the ceynote at Chichikan is a close rival. The climb down is a bit scary but going into the crystal clear cold water is a great experience. The village of Villadolid is a charming last stop. One thing to know is there is a lot of walking and climbing and this is at least a 12 hour trip. It may not be the right tour for people with physical limitations or limited attention spans.

Great tour and Norma (the guide) was wonderful. Elias was great keeping us on track and Eduardo is one heck of a bus driver. Plenty of time at each location.
The only thing to consider is that the trip is 12+ hours depending on traffic and pick-up points so it's a long day. Second, and this is also minor, is the seating on the bus. I'm 6'1" and had minimal leg room (a common problem on airplanes etc.). Most people won't have this issue. Still 5 stars!

First time in Cancun, we wanted to visit some landmarks around Cancun and booked this tour through Trip Advisor. Our hotel was not on the list of pick up point but they arranged to pick us up from our hotel. So it started nice. They have 24 hours chat support which makes so much easy.
The pick up was on time and everything worked as scheduled.. Victor was awesome guide, very knowledgeable and patient. Chichen Itza is very impressive place but it is very hot. Bring umbrella if you can, the hat may not be enough to avoid the heat.. And the cenote was a lot of fun. I am taking one star off only because the buffet was not good at all… but we didn’t come for the food so it is fine. Overall it was great experience.

Victor was a great tour guide and the cenote is amazing!
The buffet was pretty good. It gets pretty hot in chichen itza, get sunscreen and plenty of water which is also provided in the tour.
