Such a funny guy and took us to the spots where you can view the hills, olive trees, and mansions as well as the overlook of Florence. Highly recommend.

They cancel my book on the day of the event. They started it was a computer error I believe it was due to the heat and other cancelation.

Not only an immersive way to see parts of the city, but an incredible tour of the hills just outside with their beautiful villas and stunning scenery. One minute you are downtown in a narrow street, next you are in the hills with no traffic. A stop at a beautiful hilltop for pictures and an aperitivo. The guides Sara and Tony were superb and made it a real experience. There were ponchos on hand for the torrential rain and the power of the e-bikes could handle all the hills ans terrain with ease.

What a great tour. Our guide was great, very knowledgable and was willing to ensure the group stayed together. The scenery was amazing, well worth it.

The instructions for use of the e-bikes was not thorough. (eg what to expect with pedaling vs the use of the twist grip accelerator).
Also... the trip was really about getting to the vista point looking out over the duomo and downtown Florence. Yes.. there were a couple of stops along the way, but the info and commentary provided on history, etc, was just average.
This is a fun and interesting way to see some of Florence, but the tour guide cold have done a better job of making the trip more informative and engaging.

One of the most memorable excursions during our stay in Florence. The eBikes were easy to manage once you got the hang of it…they made riding up those hills a breeze! The Staff was knowledgeable and Fun! Our guide took us on a wonderful tour with beautiful views and shared very interesting facts about Florence with us. He answered every question and kindly acted as our photographer as well. I highly recommend this eBike excursion. Seriously made me want to own one of these eBikes once I got home!!! Great Fun!!!

After arriving in Florence, this was the first tour we took and we were so glad that we did. The staff and our tour guide were very friendly and accommodating. After a little practice with the electric bikes, we were off to explore Florence. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English well taking us to many of the popular sights to see in Florence but also giving us the history which gave us a good understanding and was helpful when we attended other tours later on. The E-bikes were easy to operate and you did not experience any of the fatigue that you might with a non-motorized bike and so we were able to go to the outskirts of the city to see beautiful views. I would give our tour guide 5-stars for his knowledge and storytelling of the city and for his advice on sights to see while we were here.

I had booked for an 11am tour and the office was chaotic, reception staff were unorganised and rude. I was then told because I was the only participant my booked your wasn't proceeding. No apology, no postponement call in advance . No care from the girl at reception, a we fully experience. I was given the option to join 4 other people at 4pm, to which I did. After several requests after 4pm as to when the tour would leave, I was continuinually told by the same unorganised girl at reception the guide is arriving soon. Again I was the only person, not with 4 as stated earlier. Guide finally arrived at 430pm and the tour started. Pierre was great, knowledgeable no interested in Florence's history. He was able to turn 2 bad experiences at reception into a positive ride.
