The views of Florence were beautiful and the ride was fairly easy!
I would strongly recommend the Viator creates visible signage for the customers! We had a hard time finding Viator representative both in Florence and other locations. They need to put up a sign in the town Square, which is big enough to be seen from a distance. This was the only frustrating part of the whole experience.
A large outdoor umbrella with Viator logos would be perfect -- and stress in a bold typeface on your vouchers, telling customers exactly where they can be found.

Marco was a great guide and the bikes were easy to handle. He shared information and insights on the area and was quite personable. We got caught in a nasty thunderstorm and the trip was cut short due to lightning. This was our choice. We’d definitely go again.
