All the activities were good and fun! But what I want to highlight on was how many people expected a tip from each activity, anyone that helped us with equipment like ziplinning, the security near the lockers, the staff that guided us through the dunns River, the photographer it was very annoying. My fiancé was over their weight limit to get on the horses so he couldn’t get on but there was NO contingency set in place incase this happens to anyone and you can’t eat a refund! They could’ve allowed him to go ATV riding twice or something or offer him a beverage nothing!!!! How is this is business and people are paying ALOT of money for these tours and there aren’t any contingencies set in place. I will be escalating this issue because there was no resolution what so ever. ATV staff were hounding for a trip, the tour guide and the driver. It never ended with the tip hounding. We paid $410 for this full day excursion and we were aggressively approached for a tip. Viator needs to pay these people doing the work more money so they aren’t relying on our tips to make their ends meet. We did not mind tipping for the service and appreciation but it was excessive

Best excursion EVER!! kudos to our host Samantha, she was great!! I must mention the ATV guides at Chukka, those guys were a fun time!! My husband’s GoPro fell off of his helmet while riding the ATVs. In less than 15 minutes, those guys backtracked and found it in a mud puddle!!!
I’m glad we decided on this combo excursion! We (group of 18) had a blast!!

That was an unforgettable experience! Each activity was long enough to fully enjoy it, but not too long to get bored. All crew members were friendly and super attentive. We came back exhausted and happy, filled with beautiful memories! Highly recommend!!

Employees were good our driver was amazing. Only down part is that we didn’t get what we payed for. Try to book when you are over there not online. We pay a little more than 400us dollars for 2 people. It said we were supposed to go to the blue hole and something about the “Indian bridge” when we asked they weren’t even taking us into consideration. They said that it was “out of service at the moment”. WTH… We loved Jamaica but not this service, we didn’t get what we paid for…

This tour was beyond amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Everyone was so nice and fun it was a great LONG day but in the end it was definitely worth the money. The team was phenomenal.

An absolute blast! Tarzan absolutely made the horse back riding excursion, if you get to choose I'd highly recommend going with him. I really appreciated that they broke up the ATV into two groups, and let the more experienced riders really open them up on the beach. The lunch spot was divine! Zipline course was a little short, but the time was needed to climb the falls. We got to go up with Leroy Stuart. As soon as he saw how unimpressed we were with the group ahead of us holding hands and inching up the falls he got creative and gave us some cool challenges to make it more fun/challenging, but was also accommodating for the folks who wanted to take it easy. He'd stop and point out the 'easy way' and the 'fun way' and let each person decide how they wanted to get to the next spot. He knows the falls like the back of his hand! He also stopped at several places to let us grab some neat photos.
We had so much fun!
