Zac was an excellent tour guide and driver.
His car was clean, comfortable, and he is a real gentleman (opens the doors, offers extra water, thoughtful in all ways).
The castle tour was good, but he also took us to an Abbey which was peaceful and special.
The trip to Waterford goes by fast as Zac offers a blend of factional information about the modern Irish lifestyle and history of the sites, along with a personal touch. He is a brilliant conversationalist with depth and thoughtfulness.
Finally, the tour of the Waterford Factory is so much better and interesting than you think it will be. The artisan work is amazing once you see what goes on behind the scenes.
This tour is well worth the money and time.

Waterford Crystal was on my wife’s “must do” list and the tour did not disappoint. Our driver was knowledgeable about the area and we had lunch in Kilkenny. A wonderful time.
