The checking in procedure was already a desaster and we left too late. The show was boring and the food was not good. Alcoholic drinks were not available. The restrooms were dirty. We did not come as close ad promised to the Burj Khalifa. So the fireworks were too far away. On the way back we had a collision with two boats. One minor collision and one more serious, while landing. In the end the Captain touched the pier heavily when he was trying to land the boat. We were all happy when we finally set our feet on land again. It was a nightmare.

This experience was terrible and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. To start, we were told to be there an hour in advance and the boat only left two hours after. The boat was almost not getting to the spot on time for us to see the fireworks. The all inclusive soft drinks meant a bottle of water, one glass of coke and a peach schnapps. The crew pretended not to speak or understand English sometimes when we were complaining and acted like guests - eating before us in the buffet and even seating on our seats! To top it all up, we had a minor accident with another vessel and had a big accident when docking at the marina… it makes a great story but it was a such a terrible experience and do not worth the price paid for it.
